How to withdraw

1. Log in to your account and go to Order History, or enter your order number below.
2. Click the "Odstąp od umowy tutaj" button on your order detail page.
3. Select the items you wish to return (you may withdraw from part of an order).
4. Confirm your withdrawal — you will receive an email confirmation immediately.

Deadlines

• 14 days to submit your withdrawal from the date you received the goods.
• 14 days to return the goods after submitting your withdrawal.
• 14 days for us to refund your payment after receiving the return.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: customised goods, perishables, unsealed software or digital content, and certain other categories listed in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Different from a complaint?

This form is for statutory withdrawal only (14-day right). If your goods are defective, please use the complaints process instead.
