How to correctly choose the size of a sweatshirt?

Before shopping, be sure to measure your dog carefully.

First, measure the circumference of the chest (A) at its widest point. In order for the dog to feel comfortable in the sweatshirt, it should be 3 cm / 4 cm loose.

Then measure the length of the dog from where the back of the neck meets the body to the base of the tail.

The sweatshirt does not have to reach the very tail, but it should cover the dog's kidneys.
